Wilmington Paper Corporation/Recycling Management Systems is a family business, established in 1977. Since our company’s inception, we have been focused on setting up Recycling Management Programs in Folding Carton and Converting Plants across the country and around the globe.

No other company in the world has a Recycling Management Program dedicated specifically to the Board Converting Industry. Additionally, our scope is not limited to solely managing the waste fiber generated by these facilities, but also consists of filling all of recycling needs held by the Paper Industry including plastics, metals, and a range of other materials. We have been continually improving and refining our Program over the last 30 years in order to meet the specific and unique requirements of the facilities we service. These facilities include the largest Folding Carton and Converting Plants in the USA – both integrated and non-integrated – as well as similar facilities located throughout Canada & Europe.
